22 June 2013: elements’ parade

Today I am grateful to the funders, organisers, artists, volunteers and spectators of a summer solstice parade in a local town. This year the theme was elements and my daughter and I walked with Fire in costumes that we made with the help of professional artists. The atmosphere of this community celebration was electrifying and at the same time so grounding.

Today I am grateful to the element Air and to Wind Turbines that provides us with clean electricity. The Turbines also look fantastic as they do their dance reflecting sunlight on top of the hills.
