Today I am grateful to my Mom who taught me how to make delicious bean cutlets: you just add diced raw onion, and bread soaked in soya milk. And smoked paprika among other spices, of course. I enjoyed this with another delicious dish from my childhood: potatoes very thinly sliced, laid on a baking sheet, topped with onion rings, and with tiny bit of olive oil and soya milk poured over them.
