Out of all types of bread that I can make in my bread-maker (the friend who lent it to me refused any enumeration and just gave it to me, for free – yes!) I consider orange bread the most exotic. It involves grinding the rind of a whole huge orange and then getting messy squeezing all juice out of it. The bread comes out bright orange. And it rose, thank goodness, as well.
