Well, obviously I am grateful to Mark Gatiss and Steven Moffat for another installation in their Sherlock series Scandal in Belgravia. Martin Freeman was great as ever, Benedict Cumberbatch tightened his act and is now even more precise. The only thing – they should not have changed the chief cinematographer! Steve Lawes’s cinematography was sleek and distinctive, it was a quarter, if not half, of what made the series what it was.
